latley i been forgeting alot of the simple things. What can i do to help myself remeber things better and longer? Is there anything I can take like that pill "focus factor" that you see on tv? Does that actually work? well any suggestions will help. I want to help remeber things longer and better. please help me.

I do Suduko puzzles or word puzzles and try and use my brain more to keep it alert, seems to help me........worth a try

Try taking a ginkgo biloba supplement. Also when you're trying to remember things associating the thought with something else. Ex: you need to buy milk, after thinking about it think of the word "moo".

Like any other part of your body your brain also needs exercise. Try doing crossword puzzles or Soduku, anything that keeps your mind active, it helps!

Just remember a couple of rules: 1) e after t when spelling "lately"; 2) m before b when spelling "remember"

slow down in life and take times to think things through. also tuna and coffee and veggies really help me.
