This is a tricky question to answer, Ibrahim, since women are very complex beings. They sometimes say "No" when they really mean "yes" and so on.
I suppose the best way to answer it is to turn this question around and ask, "How does she know you love her?" and think of all the things you can do to show her that your love for her is genuine. The way you show you truly love her is with your eyes because your eyes are the windows of your soul. Your love comes from the depths of your soul and you transmit that feeling with your eyes and yours words and with the passion of your kisses.
Taking that feeling and turning it around again, she will show her love for you through her eyes and in her kisses and the way she presses her body against you. If she says she loves you and you've got head to toe contact with her body, and her eyes hold you transfixed and her kisses blow your mind, then I think it's a fairly safe bet she loves you.
Alternatively, why don't you just ask her if she really loves you? Her tone of voice should be ample evidence of whether she loves you or not. You've just got to trust each other. If there is no trust, there is no love.

She doesn't try to change you and is actually interested in what you have to say. Also, she will trust you enough to tell you the truth and know you're not going to lose your temper or "hate her" for telling you the truth. That said, she won't criticize you under the guise of "telling you like it is".
You'll feel like she's a friend more than a passionate lover during your quiet times. That friendship is the thing which will help you survive the bad times in life.
If she's obsessed with you? She'll stalk you, cling to you, cry, and be unhappy as she waits with bated breath for your attention.

it depends on where you are. women are different in different parts of the world even though they still share a lot of their characters. but you cannot fully tell, but you can be sure to an extent or a bit rather.
