Not much. But I would see dating someone as a kind of commitment. Seeing someone is pretty open to whatever.

To some it's the same thing...for others they can "see" someone (spend time with them) but not go out on actual dates...
I'd say if you are dating someone then you are seeing them...but if you are seeing someone, you may or may not also be dating them...

I think that dating is someone that is not serious may like you but will date others..seeing someone is something like he wants only you..

seeing someone means that one or both persons is seeing other ppl that they are not committed to you they only enjoy your company and the company of other ppl too where as dating means they are with you and only you at that moment in time.
