Chili, spaghetti, meatloaf-you could even do little meatloaf patties and fry them in a skillet, tacos.
I love to make taverns, I cook up the ground beef as small as you can, drain and to that add some ketchup, horseradish, mustard, garlic salt, pepper, a bit of worchestier sauce, brown sugar....you can make these as dry or soupy as you prefer, mix altogether and taste as you go, and serve on buns.

I made this excellent tamale pie last night!

1 pound ground beef, 1 chopped onion, 1 chopped jalapeno, and a couple of big spoons of minced garlic. Fry all that up.

Add a can of diced tomatoes, one (8 oz.) can of tomato sauce, 1 can of drained Mexicorn, 1 small can of sliced black olives, 1 Tbsp chile powder, 1 tsp ground cumin, 1 Tbsp taco seasoning. Mix all that together.

In a separate bowl mix 1/2 cup yellow cornmeal, 1/2 cup flour, 1.5 tsp baking powder, 1/2 cup of milk, 1 egg, 2 Tbsp veggie oil, and 2 tsp sugar.

Pour all that over the burger mix and bake at 400F for 25 minutes, then add some cheese to the top and bake until melted and brownish.

It was really excellent!

I used to make some into hamburger patties like and put it on foil with some vegetables and potatoes sliced up. Then sprinkle with salt and pepper and put in the oven for a hour. Don't remember what temp. It was called hobo stew or something like that. It is real good and you have easy clean up!
