See a Dr. and why do you want to throw it up or not eat it? Do you think your fat or do you just not want to get fat? Eat right and exercise and don't snack on fatty foods. If you want something to snack on eat a rice cake, they are good if you get the ones that actually have a flavor like the caramel ones and they are not fattening. Don't throw up, it can cause a lot of problems and if you continue to, it will just get worse and the thinner you get the fatter your going to think you are. It will be in your head that your fat even when your not! Also, you will get lose skin from it because you are not exercising! Take it from me I know someone that is belimic and I myself throw up. I have been trying not to though, I don't do it as much as most people do but I am starting to have tooth aches and it's from throwing up because the acids will eat at your teeth and throat!

You should really go see a nutritionist. that is what i am practicing to become. they take more time than doctors to assess your problem and can help your life revolve around other things than how much food you eat. you need food for energy and you need to embrace that women are supposed to have fat. if not you will stop having your period and trust me, in the future that isnt good.

go to the park, bring something edible. Watch the cloud for a day and nibble on the food you brought along.
Or
try to eat something for breakfast, for reason yet known to me.

You need to have counseling. Talk to your parents about your eating behaviors and ask them to send you to therapy, or talk to a guidence counselor or a teacher you trust at school.

hello jessica, please take care of your health your still very young eat good as you will need strength later in life, u have done good to relise its a problem. make appoint with your docter and tell your carer.
