where can i find motivation to start working out?

i need to lose weight and i can not motivate myself to go to bed early or wake up earlier........can any one provide me with help please?

I lost 30 lbs over the last 6 months. I did it because my Dr. told me to - as I was unhealthy and going to die early. The answer is JUST DO IT. I had blisters - kept lifting - leg cramps, strained hamstring - kept biking and walking. I also went with a salad almost every night and really cut down on red meat. I can not wait to be able to walk around with no shirt on this summer - thats what I keep in mind when I really want to quit halfway through the work out. Make it THE PRIORITY it should be. Above all don't give up - I was sick for 3 weeks and couldn't workout, it was HARD getting back into it, but I did it. A goal is great thing - mine was 150 lbs by Christmas, I set that in August at 185 lbs and am now around 153. SET A GOAL and figure out how to make it happen then JUST DO IT.

Unfortunately, the best motivation comes when you get sick. The trick is to start before that happens. If you start easy it is easier to start. then, like you say, you are in the middle and no problem. If you lay off for more than two days, it is even harder to start. You clearly know all the benefits in looks, the way you feel, etc. Those things are motivators. For some, setting a definite time helps.

Getting started can be the hardest part. Start really slowly...try 5 minutes a day for the first week, then as it becomes more a part of your daily routine, it will be easier to work up to a ltttle more time.

Look at yourself naked comming out of the shower and see if you like what you see. Best motivator I know!!!!

try doing some yoga stretches while in bed. this will get yr circulation going. read more on yoga routines, weight loss and exercise programs to help you more on this site
