In principle, it hasn't but I've read somewhere that some brands of refreshes put as much cafeine in their lemonade as in Cokes, or even more. That's really worrying because nobody realises.

No lemonade does not have caffine in it

Fresh lemonade that you make yourself - no.
Pop lemonade - maybe. Read the ingredients on the bottle..
Lemon tea- yes. a little theine (tea equivalent of caffeine).

nope, it's just a sweet fizzy clear soft drink with a lemon flavour or a still soft drink made from fresh lemons, sugar, and water
...no caffine

No, but a lot of Lemonades have Aspartame in.
You want to avoid that stuff as it is TOXIC.

most store bought stuff has phlenyphlanine in it which os a derivative of caffine
