Because you've trained yourself to react like that as an attention getting device.

It could be simple as a nervous disorder and really your reaction is normal. When you get scared your adrenaline gets to moving in high doses which will cause the shakes or if your stressed about something it can also flood your system with adrenaline and cause the shakes. In my opinion this is who you are and how you react to stressful situation. Its normal for the body to use adrenaline (fight or flight reaction) during these times. Do I think you have anything to worry about, "NO". Do I think this is normal for you "YES". I hope this answers your question.

It could be that is how your body releases stress. Try adding B-complex to your diet. Next time it happens take a few minutes to yourself, do deep breathing, prayer or meditation whatever works for you. Remember if not taken care of too much stress can be dangerous to your health.
