I know there isn't an active draft and I also know that you must register at age 18. At what age is the cut off?

Sorry for the misinformation when you last posted this question...I thought you said Secret Service (or wrote it)....but 18.
If you would rathar stay alive, they are testing as well as hiring high school grads and/or GED, prefer no other training so they can train you fresh.
It is a pretty sure guarantee you'll never be fighting in a war, pays decent, has great potential for promotion and top notch fringe benefits.
