Using L Lysine Tablets?

I use L Lysine on occasion...I know that it helps with skin problems....I get blisters sometimes when I'm run down or stressed...a friend mentioned to me that Lysine can also help
with the Alkaline level that is in our blood....I don't know much
about Alkaline Levels and their significance......Does anyone have
any Information on this and the Possible link...how much Lysine
is good to take?

Actually I'm not quit sure on how much to take, but your friend is actually right. I would ask the pharmacist, they are the "doctors" for medications and over the counter meds. They know there stuff, give them a phone call.
