What does one to do if he wants to trsade a kidney ?

I have a friend who wants to sell one of his kidneys . Infact he is in college in India and apparently his mother cannot afford his fees anymore but he wants to finish his course .Is there any site where people looking for kidneys post data ? What would be the going rate ? What sort of information do they need ?

That's illegal in the US. I'm not sure about India though.
