actually, its best to eat when you feel hunger, otherwise you will just overeat later, and also your body will slow down its metabolism if its not fed,,,,,,, so if you are trying to lose weight, eat something,,, even if a few crackers or a peice of fruit,,,,,, otherwise, you might try drinking some water and distracting yourself

Yes, have you ever heard of people on diets drinking loads of water. Well every day we should all drink at least 8/8oz of water a day. Remember I mentioned the word at least. Alot of people drink about 100oz, besides helping with the hunger pain, it is great for the complexion. Also if your not that into water, and when you've had your share of it, try adding some kind of sugar free flavoring. I love crystal lite in mine, make sure it's real cold. Now if none of that appeals to you, when you have a huge hunger pain, guzzle a big glass of water down, it will help I promise.

Drink lots of water. It will keep your stomach full and help with the hunger. Plus take a good vitamin supplement. Hunger is some times caused by a lack of vitamins in your system.

Mind over matter is an amazing thing, but hunger is more than just neurological sensors alerting you to damage done to your body.

Also, in general, especially in the US, the urge to drink and hydrate your body is so suppressed that it is often mistaken for hunger, drink more water and your hunger pangs will go away.

tell yourself that you will get something to eat in 15 minutes, then find something to keep you busy. keep giving yourself 15 minute waiting periods and soon the time will have gone by and it actually may be time to eat. drink lots of water and tea and coffee (unsweetened) to help with hunger pains

Drink.

not eating is a bad thing.

esspecially if your skinny.

sometimes I feel something in my stomach and I eat, well, that's not always healthy for me, but sometimes it's telling me- to drink.

but seriously, don't not eat unless your not hungry.

it's bad for you.
if your overweight, diet (eat healthy don't, not eat) and exercise, eat, or you will get sick. But eat right., eat a portioned meal, don't eat alot of one thing, eat some meat, veggies, fruit and grain. drink water.

if your not overweight you shouldn't worry about not eating.

EAT1! but eat healthy.

if your worried about your image, God made you and if your good enough for God your good enough for everyone else, including yourself. that is not to say you shouldn't be active in staying healthy.
