But if you are going out, that would get you arrested. Actually the best color would also depend on the cut of the gown. If it is full, flowing and long, red. If it is more form fitting, black.

It would depend on the occasion. If it is a family affair I wouldn't go with what is sexiest. Red is the color of passion, but if you are fair complected, it may wash you out. Black is good for fair or dark complection. Red shouldn't be worn by redheads or strawberry blondes so much as it tends to blend with the hair color too much.

Both actually.It really depends on the event.Red is for a night out on the town and black is for those intimate dinners with a special someone.

By the looks of your picture I think any color would look just fine on you. But you asked red or black, so I think black would look great.

It really depends on what is underneath the dress. Either color will work if she is very well shaped and the dress is cut to accentuate those curves. For a holiday party, it would depend on the type of company your with.

depends on the event and the impact you want to make ---- black is the classic dress BUT to be different and get noticed more the red would be spectacular
