i dont think so, what i used back when i was too thin,,,, was those diet drinks, like a milkshake,,,, instead of using them in place of a meal,,,,,, i would drink one as a snack along with eating,,,,,, they are loaded with calories and vitamins,,,, so check that out,,,, but mainly,,,,, look your diet over,,,,,, take a multivitamin,,, and exercise moderately,,,,,, you want enough calories in your diet,,,, and exercise will actually make you eat more,,,,,,, stay away from fast food which is loaded with sodium and non-healthy calories,,,, stick with pure food as much as possible,,,,, a healthy body will reach a healty weight
