Sorry, I should have worded the question correctly. I am asking if a MILITARY RETIREE is convicted of a crime (such as a felony) will they lose their benefits (such as pay and medical)?

Let me ask you the question this way
If a person works for someone for two weeks then gets arrested, are they entitled to the pay for the time they worked! It is something that was already earned!

They can, depends on the charges and if the military is notified. I knew a retired E-9 Marine who was busted for dealing drugs. He had been out 18 years. The military took everything and sent him a DD at the federal pen.

No, that discussion came up before with the Okla. bombing and other crimes. Even though they we convicted and may get a death sentence they still have a right to be buried in a military cemetery with full honors.

No, because the benefits are for honorable service rendered while in service to your country.
