No, there is no alcohol in balsamic vinegar. There's also no alcohol in wine vinegar, cider vinegar, rice vinegar, or any vinegar.

Not significant amounts. Most of the initial alcohol has been oxidized, via bacterial action, to convert it to acetic acid (vinegar). Much of the remaining would have evaporated during the long condensation process whereby the vinegar is concentrated.

Nope, not at all. You might be thinking of Red Wine Vinagair.. Which has something rediculous like a 0.01 % of alcohol. Don't worry- you're good!
