...conceptualize God? How do you think he/she relates to us and the world around us? What is your opinion, I'm just curious?

To Him belongs all what is in the heavens and the earth. And those (angels) who are near Him do not disdain to worship Him, nor they ever weary of His service. They glorify Him night and day, tirelessly never intermit. Have they (people) chosen earthly gods who (they think) can restore the dead (to life)? If there had been either in the heavens or the earth other gods than Allah, both (heaven and earth) would have been ruined. So glorified be Allah, the Lord of the Throne, far above what they attribute to Him. He cannot be questioned as to what He does, but they shall be questioned.

Just by looking around in nature and the universe. The wonderful life and powers that are so impressive should be enough to make anyone believe that there is a God. And with all the complex life and systems that are all around us, it really makes you think that there has to be a higher power. Think about it.

From what I read in the Bible, I feel that God is beyond space and time. He is Spirit and knows everything that can be known and all-powerful. He is bound by His nature. "Good" is simply the words that sum up His nature. They are not rules He made up, but a part of who He is. God is pure justice. This is also part of His nature. All of us reflect this as we were made in His image. We all want to see wrongdoing punished.

God is love. Before He created man, the Father, Son, and Spirit existed in relationship perfectly united and in agreement.

God is passionate! He LONGS for us and calls His church His bride. He grieves over those who reject Him and turn their backs on Him.

I think of HIM (not her) as the Holy Spirit when trying to think about how he could be all around us. He's a Spirit, in the air, in our hearts in a sense, in our mouths when we talk, and in our hands when we type answers to these questions. I think God, in this form, is all around us all the time. All around the world all the time in fact. He's everywhere and yet he's only where you are at the same time. Pretty cool stuff...

And to the people who said "I don't know" why do you bother answering these questions if you don't know the answer?

Khalil Gibrann...'there are those who give without knowing pain in their giving; they seek not reward or vain glory. They give as in yonder valley where the myrtle breathes it's fragrance freely into space. It is thru the hands of these that God speaks to us, and from behind their eyes he smiles upon the earth.'

As my farther, and I am his child, he is preparing me for the after life, and I know that this time and place is only temporary. I feel that we are here as a learning experience and you can learn pass the test and go home, or fail the test lose the battle and die here spiritually and physically.

I believe all living things, including the Earth, is a part of the Divine. It is the All, the Everything. If you split it into masculine and feminine (because you cannot create life without both), then you have the God and the Goddess.

I go 100% by what the Bible says, that he is the Creator of us & our universe & that he loves us & wants us to follow his guidance as a father does for his child. It also says to 'draw close to him, & he will draw close to us'. I believe there has always been proof in his existence everywhere, if we just open our eyes, mind & heart to it. And I believe that he waits for true & humble hearts to really search him out before he reveals himself & his truths to them- the Bible says we need to search for truth as we would search for buried treasure- we need to care enough to put forth the effort to look for it, and for Him.
