How is he an ex if you "never really went out"? Either way, you two parted ways for a reason so give serious thought to spending time together or considering a more serious relationship...what ended things the first time? Do those issues still exist?
Do what's right for you...but watch for red flags...don't go into the situation with blinders on.

Well if you never really went out with him then he cant be an ex , But go have fun just because he may be a bad boyfriend don't mean he can't be a good friend.

I would never prefer to go with my ex. If he has been an ex, then there must be a valid reason behind it but if he has been a crush that you never really thought about well before and are missing now, that can be a different scenario.

will you can still talk to him or her and if the relationship was good or not if your relationship is not good i will not go out with that person i will say hi and bye noting more and if the relationship is was good befor you and the person then ask your self if you was good to the person and she willing to go out wilth you or not you ask your self that question frist to see if you will be okay with that person then if you think about then you call the person you had a relationship and talk to them and then you and that person will have take from there.if do not jump in something with your ex call talk about frist then you and that will take at from there to go out or not.

If you still like him and you go out with him, you'll hurt yourself. Find out why exactly he wants to hang out with you now... after breaking up with you. More important: protect yourself from being hurt again.

I hang out with all of my X's. We are all good friends. I dont see anything wrong with it, as long as you both realize you are JUST FRIENDS! Always remember why you two broke up and dont repeat your mistakes.
