I JUST LIKE TO ADD THAT I AM NOT CELEBRATIN THIS HOLIDAY OR ANYOTHER UN-ISLAMIC HOLIDAY FOR IT IS FORBIDDEN TO US .BUT THERE WAS A QUESTION ASK BY A FEMALE THAT WANTS TO BECOME MUSLIM AND SHE ASKED IF IT IS PERMISSIBLE TO CELEBRATE.OMGGGGGGGGGGG TO SEE HOW MANY MUSLIMS THAT ARE CELEBRATIN THIS HOLIDAY IS SAD.

I am not am a muslim Christmas is a pagan holiday :) Why Would I celebrate the birthday of Jesus on the wrong date anyway... Did he celebrate LOL?

im not a muslim any more, but when i was, growing up we always celebrated Christmas. in my country there are many christians and muslims living together, so most muslims i knew also celebrated Christmas (tree, gifts, dinners, all that...) because its become part of the whole culture. Christians there also join in during ramadan iftars some times with friends, so yeh its kinda nice actually....

Muslims do believe in Jesus but we just dont belive that he is the son of god and i dont think many muslims celebrate chistmas

Muslims do not believe in the importance of Jesus (they say they do, but I suspect that is more of a ruse with which to convert Christians than an actual reality), so they do not celebrate his birth, life, or any of his teachings.
The Injil of Jesus is accorded honour in the Quran, but few modern muslims pay it any accord today, accusing it of being corrupt (a thing the Qu'ran never claims.) ( Injil is an Arabic transliteration of the Greek evangelion, or 'gospel') Early Muslims considered Jesus important because many of them had been Nestorian Christians.
But other than some of his quotes which are used for prosleytism, today's Muslims just don't know much about him, or care, in my opinion.
