when driving when you come to a stop it has a miss but when you put it in park or if you are driving it doesnt miss

First thing to try is a throttle body service the throttle plate is probably gumed up not letting enough air in when stopping . Coming to a stop is when the engine will have its lowest idle speed til the iac takes over.If left go it will start to stall at stops

When was the last tune up?
The ignition system may have a weak link and at idle there is not enough RPM and or amps for a hot spark.
If a tune-up doesn't fix it then you most likely have an idle-fuel problem. Or possibly a small vacuum leak.
Doesn't sound like anything major, could be a bit of a pain in the butt to track down though.

Check your vacuum hoses for a cracked hose or one that has popped off.
