Will someone walk me through how to burn a DVD with Nero 7 after I have backed up DVD with DVD Shrink?

I have 2 folders on my desktop now, the audio TS and video TS folders. What do I do in Nero from here? HELP!

1) Open Nero
2) Choose DVD
3) Point at Photo and Video, then click on Burn DVD-Video Files
A new windo will open.
4) In the new window add only Video_TS only. You could add as
many Video_TS's as your DVD can hold.
5) Click next .
6) Follow the remaining instructions

You don't use Nero, you can use DVD shrink, assuming you have a DVD Burner.
You click on DVD shrink, then go to open file, then on back up.
Make sure that selected back up target is your dvd burner.
Then click ok.

double click the nero 7 then choice burn a date disk. then you get in the two folder .when do it . click burn .then it will burn for you .waiting 10 minuter .then you have you dvd disk.
