There is a guy who stay in the same floor at me,same flats.He is single and quiet a catch and his friends say he never approach a woman even if he likes her.He becomes flippin scared of doing that.He is very shy.How do i show or tell him i like him.he comes to my flat everyday to drop us newspapers because he is friends with my flat mate and she think it is almost impossible to get him since he never had a girl for 3 yrs

Invite him out for coffee or lunch or to simply chill out together at a low keyed coffee shop. You most likely have to spend a little time helping him feel secure. If he's quite a catch then I'm sure you would not mind helping him out. Show him that you care and that there is nothing to worry about. Give it a try.

Just try to hang out with him. Get your self close to him he will figure it out I hope. Or find out his interests Football,drinking,cars,video games, music, everyone is into something find out what you can and talk to him. I am on shy toward people I like so I feel his pain.
If he drinks that will help your cause I promise If all else fails bring a 6 pack and a movie over to his house. Hope this helps and thank you with out girls like you my life would be real boring .

If it was me, I would talk with him next time he is around, start up a conversation and then say to him hey want to go out for dinner one night to get to know each other better. HOpefully that will start you on the right track...good luck

since you have no competition, you can very well take your time...
do this in a subtle way, deepen your friendship with him first, and try to open him up. until you feel he's comfortable with you, saying how you feel for him should be no problem.

Well, Since you have mutual friends ...ask one of them what he likes to do for fun...whatever it is invite him to go with you sometime. And make it relaxed and fun...no pressure for him to fall in love or start dating you..sometimes you have to be patient with love.
