what time can you buy alcohol from a supermarket in scotland?

doing my xmas shopping tonight, and had wanted to do this at a store open 24 hours. but alcohol sales stop at 10pm

does anyone know what time the following day you can buy again in scotland?

The changes in licensing laws in Scotland are due to come into force on September 1, 2009. As far as I am aware, there are no changes there from the situation that has beenin force for the past 50 odd years, unlike in England where licensing laws recently changed.
