Me and my boyfriend have been going out for 7 months and I really do love him and think that he is the one. I am only 14, but I'm in love. I just want to know if anyone else out there thinks that it;s possible for your first boyfriend to be the ine, or am I kidding myself.

my boyfriend is so sweet and i can see myself having a future with him. My sister always tells me that it's lust not love, but I believe that I really do love him. I see other couples that fit the "lust" description, but we are different.

Of course it is possible. My uncle and aunt started dating when they were 13/14 and they got married when they were 20. They are 70 years old and have been married for 50 years. Isn't that something?
Good luck. =)

Only time will tell but you have to remember too, that you will change a lot as you continue to get older and the young man you love now at 14 years old may not be the same man you would actually pick to date when you are 25 years old.
A first boyfriend can be an intriguing and serious thing but you both have a lot of growing up to do. People change over time. It is actually "best" to wait until you are beyond the bloom of youth before you even settle down and get married. That way you will be able to make an informed decision with your mind instead of just your heart.

It is possible. I know of a few people that have been together since grade school or since they were 15 ( they've been married over 30 yrs now). You may be one of the lucky ones and found the one at a very young age, but I don't think you should worry about it right now. Time will tell. Even if he's not the one you'll be with forever, you will always remember him. Don't cling to him if, by chance it does end. There are a lot of good guys out there. Not saying he isn't, but sometimes circumstances change as we get older.

I suggest dating around before making such a big decision because you might become curious after a while and possibly ruin that relationship. You're 14 so you'll have many other guys to think about dating. take advantage of your youth and don't limit yourself to just one person until you're older. Enjoy it for now, then later think about sattling down for only one.

I thought that every guy I dated ws the one until I realized that I needed to stop thinking about "the one" and just be my age and I was too young to think about commitments and "the one" and so are you. So just enjoy being a teen and don't think about "the one" until you have atleast graduated highschool.

Yes, it can happen! My parents first saw each other they knew they were gonna get married when they were older. And they did! Don't be kidding yourself, he probably really is!

If you're only 14 don't get your hopes up. I think it's possible - but you're a little young....
