Most of what the other have said is correct, however if she wasn't born in a base hospital (I was born off base in Italy) you can contact the state dept in the state your permanent residence is. That's how I got my Certificate of Birth Abroad.

Easy. They should have told you in the hospital. If she were born on post, she only gets the US birth certificate. If she was born off-post, she can get US and Germany certificates.

If the child was recently born, the certificate should be provided by the hospital or clinic. If you are asking about anything that concerns her citizenship, contact the American consulate where you live.

call the base she was born at or call in the states where the army hol;ds all it "s recoreds for the navy it's norfolk don't know what it is for the army. but they will have it to it may cost u some money to get it also

contact the base hospital i was born in an army base and you just gotta contact them or go to it
