i hear about murger with jet air. i am fiying on 21st jan. so i have to rebook my ticket or what i have to do ?

No they are not MERGING with Jet Airways.
BMI cancelled their Mumbai flights. If you already hold a ticket, BMI will reschedule you on other airlines.
Otherwise, yes, you would have to buy a new ticket on another airline.

BM i had to cancel their flights to Mumbai a few weeks ago due to a technical fault with one of their air buses, however they transferred passengers to another airline. If they were cancelling your flight they, or your travel agency, would contact you to advise you that you would need to re-book.
Don't worry, have a good Christmas and enjoy Mombai when you get there - who know I may see you when we are in India in Feb
