Yes of course we do. It is the most important mosque(besides the Kabbah). Why not have access to it?

The Dome of the Rock is a Muslim shrine. The entire Temple Mount upon which it is located is controlled by Muslims, even policed and patroled by their own Muslim security force.
The shrine itself is open to the public, and to tour groups, but you cannot open a Bible anywhere on the Temple Mount, and one may not say anything against Allah,or Muhammad while on the Mount.
Interesting to note that the Dome of the Rock "Mosque" was formerly a Byzantine Church, and before 70 C.E., it was the location of the main Jewish Temple at Jerusalem.

No we do not. The Jews are barring us from entering our third holy mosque. By the way Arabs have complete control over the Dome of the Rock and have kept control of it since the Final Crusades. I saw that last night on the National Geographic Channel. No the Jews don't like Palestinians.
