I used to weigh 135 and was in good shape... But then I lost wieght. I weigh 115 now and I want to gain my weight back. I've been trying to eat a lot and I drink protien shakes to try to gain weight, and I am gaining it back, but in my stomach area. How do I gain weight and lose it in my stimach area? I heard that if I eat alot and wrap a plastic bag around my stomach area while I work out, that should work... But I'm not sure.
