how can i use my remaining medical flexible spending for this year?

i have not been able to use up all the money that i put in my flexible spending account. What is an easy way to use it up by the end of this year

You can use that money for such things as:

Dental exam
Eye exam
Eyeglass or contacts
Over-the-counter items like aspirin, band-aids, cough syrup, etc.

If nothing else, toss out your expired medications, go to the drug store and stock up on first aid items. Use it or lose it!

Buy bandages/bandaids , generic headache/cold meds...even tissues/laxivites...buy them for your friends as extra christmas presents..
