Cipramil or Citalopram is a selective serotoin re-uptake inhibitor drug (ssri) belongs to anti-depressant drugs. It gradually improves your mood, increases physical activity and restores your general intrest in everysay activities.
It's a well tolerated drug with few side affects such as nausea or diarrhoea, usually resolves itself with continued use of this drug. May cause drowsiness and impair preformance of tasks such as driving. It also has a low dependency rating. Avoid alcohol with this drug.

Also known as citalopram in the UK - its an antidepressant in the class of SSRI's.
I've taken them before, and I had a negative experience, but plenty of people find them helpful. If you want more information, have a look on the patient website for citalopram, or ask your doctor.
