This is my boss's favorite wine. I would like to get her a gift of it and another wine that would compliment it. Thanks

The top selling Pinot Grigio is Santa Margharita, which will set you back probably around twenty bucks... as for the secondary gift, glasses or a nice chiller (get a marble one for about $30 or so) would be a nice touch as well. If you know her favorite wine is pinot grigio, ignore the other garbage on here about different wines... go with what you know she likes. There are other cheaper wines made by a million producers (as pinot grigio is Italy's top white wine export) but the one I mentioned is always good, not so cheap as to make YOU look cheap, and available at most decent wine shops.

Yay, Salty Dog! Santa Margherita Pinot Grigio is my absolutely favorite wine this year. And I agree, there are some really nice stoppers out there and some really cool bottle openers as well. Cynthia, if your boss really likes to entertain, you can compliment the white with a bottle of red instead of an accessory and there are some nice California Merlots out there. However, SDog is a sommelier so he knows his stuff. Happy Holidays!

Williamette Valley Vineyards has a nice Pinot Grigio for about $15. She might also enjoy a nice Gewurztraminer. Fetzer makes one that is less than $10 a bottle and widely available.

I was going to recommend a nice Merlot for variety, but on second thought, I agree with MJ. She might very well appreciate a stopper and/or wine vacuum to preserve the leftovers. Or, you could get a set of simple, but pretty white wine glasses.

Sounds like she is a white wine drinker.
Try another Italian white: Soave!

Alot of places sort by price, so can spend as little as you want or as much as you want.

I would get her 1 nice bottle and then some nice bottle stoppers.
