it always shows as url blocked do u guys know n e site like www.thaproxy.com or n e other way to bypass this blockade plz help

There is no webmaster on earth that would block an user for no reason.
So you have probably done something wrong on those websites, eg trying to spam gustbooks, flames on forums or similar.
If you think you have been banned for no reason (but again i have serious doubt it's gonna happen) the best thing you can do is contact the webmaster and ask why you are banned.
Please also note that some website are targeted to specific countries, and they do not want foreign traffic.
