You don't need money to lose weight. Take a walk, or jog if you are able. Do crunches on the floor, leg lifts. Take cans of food and use them as weights. Please do not be fooled into thinking only the wealthy can benefit from exercise. You do not have to join a club or a weight loss group. We all know what is fattening, cut back. It is very hard right now with Christmas right around the corner. So maybe make it a New Year's resolution to treat yourself right, exercise and by Spring you will see a difference.

Eat more fresh fruits and veggies and stay away from bread, potatoes, fried foods and fast food. Exercise twice a day for at least 30 min. each. It won't cost a thing and you'll lose weight...

Stop eating foods with saturated fats and junk food, also for breakfast eat yogurt and take a vit.b complex, i did and lost about 30 pounds, also no bread.

exercise is always free, if you do it outside or in your own home. and its also free to reduce portion sizes, if you can't afford healthy food. in fact, it may help you save money!

try working out with some weights if you have them, walking and jogging is free. just get off your butt and do something.
