Alcohol giving me the shakes?!?

Everytime I drink alcohol (not so often), I get the shakes, i'm not drunk and I don't feel sick from it, It just makes me shake, as if i'm cold lol anyone know what it could be? I have crohn's disease if this has anything to with it

Alcohol is a gastrointestinal irritant. I'm not a medical doctor but I'm quite sure alcohol would aggravate your condition.
