please do not use lemon juice! NOOOOO this causes harm! its citric acid and can damage the enamel on your teeth!
You are better off going to a health shop to see what alternatives they offer and also arranging a chat with your dentist. You can buy bleaching kits here in the UK at chemists. The only down side to these is that the stents/gum shields that are provided in the kit are not good fitting. Ideally you need your dentist to make the gum shields for you as then they will fit well and also you need to use less solution as it doesn't spill out over the gm shields. The gum shields can be made very small/thin and so can be worn discreetly in the evening or during the night!

See how you get on.

You can also buy whitening pencils etc in places such as boots or superdrug...not sure if they are good though.

Commercial tooth whiteners use hydrogen peroxide and
are expensive and inconvenient. A cheap and natural tooth whitening home remedy uses few strawberries but certain precautions have to be taken.I found the information at http://tinyurl.com/ep7yg

you can use strawberry to whiten your teeth. slice a strawberry, and just do like you brush your teeth with the slice of strawberry. do it about 2 minutes a day, and your teeth will be whiter within 1-2 month(s).
