Use a pumice scrub, it will exfoliate the skin. Then wipe it clean with either an astringent or alcohol...

Get a scrubbing brush with stiff (hard to bend) but not overly rough bristles, and a long handle, or a loofah on a long handle.

Scrub daily in the shower, not harshly to scrape the skin off immediately, but for a longer-term effect that will take off layers of the outer skin and then keep off the buildup of grime and dead skin that retains impurities and makes pimples.

There are several companies who are making all over body washes with acne killing stuff in them. Netrogena is good, Stridex has one and I think some of the guys lines have stuff (if you're a guy). Also, I had this problem and I bought something from the store Orgins that worked pretty well. They are more of the natural herb type folks so maybe you can try that as well.

Keep yours blemish-free by exfoliating daily with a loofah or body brush to remove dry, flaking skin and superficial blemishes. For more stubborn pimples, try a clay mask to draw out deep-seated impurities. Smooth onto broken-out areas, leave until dry, then rinse away with lots of warm water.

Try using a different type of conditioner (some types make my back break out because when I rinse it out of my hair it gets on my back) Also use Neutrogena Body Acne wash (tall bottle with orange liquid) and make sure you are taking a shower immediately after working out or getting sweaty, because letting sweat dry on your skin definitely causes break outs.

Besides using a very good body wash, try a skin peel as well.
I've had the same problem and my daughter (23 years old) also, and we go to my wife's beauty salon and get her skin specialist to give us peels on our backs...helps a lot.

If you also have them on your face, etc., take a look at your diet, you'd be surprised what might be contributing to this problem.

back scrubber and good cleanser

and to work from the inside out, drink plenty of water and watch your sugar intake
