If he/she is a 'catch' asap, if not, then maybe the day of the wedding.

depends on your age. If you are still living at home and under 18, you'll probably want to do that soon, as your parents would like to know who you're seeing. Otherwise, I would wait until it was serious with anyone else. The older you get, the longer you wait to take em back to mom. And the more serious the relationship needs to be. Unless you just really wanna hang out with your family and your partner at the same time, like holidays, which are the perfect excuse.

In my opinion one should introduce people of interest to their parents ASAP, unless they reside far away.
Your parents are likely to know you well and be able to offer insight on the suitability of your partner.
This would of course require that you be open and honest with them and yourself. As well as be open to their disapproval if they do not agree with your choice.
The ultimate decision lies on your shoulders.

It depends on the relationship. If things are progressing fast then within a month and if its just a fling then don't even bother.Your parents don't want to meet the one your just having sex with. But if it's a slow developing relationship then wait a few months and see where it goes.

i think you should wait until you are sure that you are going to spend a while with that person. parents do not like to meet all your one night stands. jk. really, i think a good rule of thumb is to wait 2-3 months if you can depending on the circumstances.

Wait until you know the person is not going to embarrass you in front of your parents by slobbering over every other woman in sight.

Only and I mean ONLY if you are thinking of marrying this person. Meeting the parents should be saved until this point because it's suppose to mean, " Mom....Dad...this is so and so. "And when you go to a private room with your parents you ask what they think of the person because you are thinking of asking them to marry you.

Until you are sure it may last a while, unless you want and respect their opinion.
