That depends on how tall you are and how much you weigh now, as well as how many calories you are currently consuming per day. In addition, it has a LOT to do with your level of activity throughout the day.
Eating only fruits and veggies and drinking water will certainly detoxify your body, which is always a good thing. It's very cleansing and you will feel so much better after you do it.
But I'm not sure that you will lose much weight unless you couple this plan with daily exercise. Veggies and fruits pack a lot of water in them. Plus, if you're drinking only water, you'll be retaining a lot of that water weight. The only way to shed it is to do at least 30 minutes of cardio a day. If you do this while you're detoxing for 2 weeks, you could lose 10-15 pounds.

That all depends on the person.. My suggestion is that you begin the morning with 150-200 calories consisting of a bran cereal not sugar, or some instant flavored oatmeal.. Then every two hours intake 100 calories . Have the most at lunch and eat dinner before 7pm. Take in about 1100-1500 calories a day.. That is the best way because once you stop just fruit, you will gain the weight back and probably more because you were depriving your body of food.

You will probably lose a considerable amount of weight (like 5-10 lbs.) by just eating fruits and water. The down side there is, once you start eating regular food, you will easily and quickly gain back all the weight you lost. I suggest that you eat regular food but choose your food wisely and combine this with regular excercise. You might not lose the weight as fast but it will definitely stay off.

All of your questions seem to be about losing weight. I've already answered one of them, so I won't repeat myself except to say that if you want to do this thing properly, get professional help.
What you've suggested above will probably make you lose a bit of weight quickly, but it's water weight. As soon as you start back eating a balanced diet (if, indeed you ever intend to eat a proper, balanced diet), you'll gain the weight back.
Based on your questions, if you want to spend the rest of your life yo-yo dieting and feeling and looking like garbage, you're well on your way.
If you actually want to be healthy and fit, see a dietician or a doctor.

who cares? It will just come back right?
pills..drugs...food..everyone misses the most important aspect..exercise...if people would exercise more they would not have to worry so darn much about food...Are you really serious about doing this? We are talking about hard work. Putting down your little debbies, getting off your butt and not only going on a diet but EXERCISING!!! Even if you lose the weight it will come right back if you do not have the desire and motivation to not only look cute but to be healthy. it is going to take alot of inner strength I can assure you of that.
1.) eat 4-5 small meals a day
2.) drink lots of water
3.)exercise every day
4.) do not eat 4-6 hours before you sleep

U will loose plenty but will gain as soon as u move back to normal diet. Please eat nourishing food by chewing each morsel for at least 32 times. U might substitute 50% of ur normal food with fruits. U will loose weight effortlessly but will be able to maintain this weight on permanent basis.

honestly, if you do that, eventually you will start to feel so hungry that youll end up giving in and over-eating. youll gain back anything you lost and more. the best thing to do is eat small portions of healthy foods and do lots of cardio work outs. while watching tv, jog on the spot. do crunches...
