Smoking does affect your liver. Your liver is a really hard working organ which is reponsible for altering substances into a form in which they can be excreted. Taking any type of drug means your liver has to work harder to detox which is why when people stop smoking cannabis they tend to have night sweats for a while.

Any drug or alcohol that enters your body is a toxin and your liver's job is to flush them all out so yes it would affect your liver although how much I don't know.

the liver is affected by drugs as it filters toxins, liver failure is a common cause of death from drug overdoses, so having a pre existing liver problem will mean it is very dangerous for u to be using any type of drug.

Your kidneys filter all your blood and are exposed to all toxins in it.
Your liver detoxifies your blood. So yes, but how much depends on your usage.
