Wait a minute...

You used feet and inches when measure your height, yet use metric to describe your weight?

What are you? A freaking nut-case?

I suggest you go to the drs to see if you have a thyroid problem or metabolic problem. But you are probably eating less calories than what you are using. Are you active, walking, standing allot during the day? running after kids? skipping meals so on? I suggest eating larger portions of starchy foods such as pasta and rice and weight training to build muscle a couple of times per week. Have you always been slender? if yes, you probably have a high metabolism, which i think is great. Or have you lost it recently without trying to? Good luck, wish I had this problem. x

Start drinking a weight gain shake every morning and in between meals. Get sugars and protein and good fats all in every meal. There is a shake at GNC that contains 800 calories a serving! That should help you out! See your Doctor if it is a real problem because you may have hyperthyroidism, a condition there is medication for..just means your metabolism is very high.

One of my friends had the same problem. Her doctor told her that when she felt that she had enough food, then take one more bite. Two if you can. (She had a hard time with "one more bite") Body builders drink those high calorie protein drinks. Sneak in a little fat whenever you can.
