Determine if it freezes up at a certain time after boot, or during a certain process. Go into computer managment and check the event log and see if there is anything it it that defines the problem. Boot into safe mode and see if it still happends there, if not it is probably a driver that is having issues.. If it still does in safe mode, turn everything off and start removing hardware one peice at a time, to determine if it is a certain peice of hardware that is conflicting. If that still doesn't work then I would backup all data and reinstall Windows..

Most probably this will be a problem related to overheat of the processor. I guess u should buy a new fan for the processor. If this is not the case, it might be a problem related to viruses or any other malware. Run a virus scan and check for spy and trojans as well.

you need to call that computer company because if it keeps freezing up then that computer has miswiring. If you bought that computer for a lot of money you need to get that money back or get a computer that same amount as that one. Or it may be that you are just on it so much.

Glam girl, you're an idiot.

Back everything up on a cd or dvd and format your hard drive, then re install windows. Its easier than finding the actual problem.
