Try ares galaxy you can also get all your free antivirus and anti spy there

You should be safe but You should have some antispyware stuff and a firewall. They can all be found on the internet depending on where you look

Nod32 antivirus
Zonealarm security suite
Webroot spysweeper

get all 3 if you can

get AVG and zone alarm, as far as limewire goes you SHOULD be fine if you dont try and download any .zip or .exe files, thats when i normally pick up viruses, but run a full scan once a week, i know its a pain in the *** but it beats the hell out of messing your pc up[

try avg free version. it is the best free software around.

also, be aware that some content from limewire can be very malicious!
