I found the report confusing. He was diagnosed with severe myopia and cataracts... and then he needed a cornea transplant which is something completely different. I'm left with more questions than answers. What was going on with the cornea? Did he have cataract surgery on both eyes? What was the scar tissue he had lasered? If it was a secondary membrane from cataract surgery, that alone could bring significant improvement to the vision. I'd like to take a look at his eye records to see what really happened.

A miracle which amazes the one who sees it, is something beyond the human ability to perform or even to understand fully. It is also a powerful work, requiring greater power or knowledge than the person has, according to one Bible encyclopedia.

Too often, this word is bandied about to explain anything which falls an inch outside the bounds of everyday life. Doctors are credited with performing "miracles" in the operating room, and so on.

If a person did it, it is not a miracle (unless he was empowered to do it by God). I can't pull up the video so I'm not sure what happened to the person but . . .

Absolutely. I have a friend that had to wear hearing aids for 20 YEARS and was just healed. She was praying for someone else to be healed of something and her ears popped (like they do when you're in an airplane). Now instead of taking her hearing aids out, she has to wear ear plugs to sleep. She never even knew that her husband snored!
