I heard you need at least 8 glasses..but then i read in a fitness magazine that it's NOT TRUE..just drink a good amount of water so your body can stay healthy and hydrated.
--Plus, I tried drinking 8 glasses of water and i went to the restroom almost every 5 minutes. NOT FUN.

if u are less than 18 u are expected to drink around 2 litres of water and if u are above 18 u should drink about 2 1/2 to 3 litres ,, drink in the gap of one hour

I recently read an article that 6-8 glasses of water a day is too much. You stomach will become overflowed.. a big mess.
4 or 5 is the correct and reasonable amount.
