Try going to Bikram yoga one day. It is crazy hot but sooo worth it. Drink a gallon of water about 3 hours before. Eat fruit and vegetables only for the day you do Bikram. The night before you do Bikram don't eat after 8:00...ideally go to bed on a relatively empty stomach. However, this is provided that the class is not the first thing in the morning. If you do have a class the first thing in the morning, you must make sure to drink a ton of water before going since you will perspire and you should have something small in your stomach. If you do it at night, then have fruit for breakfast - whatever you like and as much as you want, salad for lunch - no animal protein, no fake stuff, just use the real vegetables and if you need it...olive oil and vinegar, or a big bowl of steam vegetables and miso soup from the Japanese restaurant, in the afternoon a small freshly squeezed carrot juice and then Bikram around 6 or so. After Bikram class, drink a ton of water and go home and eat something small such as more vegetables and tons of water. WATER Is very important because it will flush the toxins, the natural diet for the day will help flush the toxins out and give you fiber and the Bikram makes you sweat which is going to detoxify your system.
I am no doctor or official medical professional. This is only based on what I do for myself. I do it once per month and you should see my skin. I look great and after a day doing this I feel great. I don't take any medications on my cleanse day nor do I take vitamins in the capsule. I actually
I wouldn't do it for more than a day. There is all kinds of stuff out there for people who do juice fasts and things like t hat. I cou ld never do it. I tried but couldn't do it so this one day cleanse works well for me.
Check with your doctor.

The best way to clear your body of toxins is to have a lot of liquid like water, juices, soups, etc.Aloe vera drinks are also available in the market and are scientifically proven to flush out toxins from our body as it constitutes of saponins and various enzymes like alilase, amylase, catalase, lipase, etc.Forever living - a Texas based organisation has various aloe vera products available. Also staying on a diet of liquids and fruits for couple of days would also help a lot.Minimum of 2-3 ltrs of water shold also be consumed.Along with this, exercise also helps in flushing toxins through the sweat.
All the best for the detoxification process.

Drinking lots of water and flushing your system out is the best/ most reliable way. There are natural antioxidants in teas, there's a couple antiozidant odwallas too. If you're referring to drug related toxins water won't work. My friend, who happens to have those problems often with getting tested for work, used this pill type thing. I have no recollection as to what it was called but it definitely gives the person major diahorrea &puking all night but apparently it works hahahaha. If it is a drug related issue I have to say, just don't do them so you don't have to worry about it.

There's two home remedies that you can do in 3-5 days and they help. One is: in a pitcher mix 32 ounces water with the juice of 2-4 lemons, 2-4 tablespoons honey and a pinch of ground clove. Drink 8 ounces early in the morning and sip the rest throughout the ay. The second one is: in blender put 1/2 peeled lemon, 3 parsley sprigs, 2 peeled oranges, and a pinch og ginger, black pepper, and ground clove, mix very well and drink with other in the morning. Eat only light salads throughout the day or better yet, clear liquids only. Besides losing weight, it helps detoxify your liver and revs up metabolism.

Seek out the help of someone who is a homeopath. They incorporate the use of natural products to cleanse the human body properly. I know my sister-in-law is an authority on this subject. Yet lives in New.Mexico. Read up on this and educate yourself. Then start eating 'organic'
Merry Christmas
