maybe you should ask him to hang out more or something to see him more than a friend. get to know him better and then you could probably ask him out. but dont go too fast.

he would of asked you himself, by know if he likes you. if he hasn't, he probably doesn't like you in that way. unless you've avoided or rejected him in the past. he's probably not interested.
