There are good exercises for this purpose as 1.to look through the window on a distant goals for about 5-10 minutes every 2-3 hours of desk work or 2.drawing a point on the window's glass at about 30 cm higher than your eyes level and concentrate from 2/3 m on it for few minutes. Exactly what Aruu said! I know it's correct because I have it in a dua book. What it says is 'Significance: Recite this verse thrice after every salaah, blow on the fingers and rub them on the eyes. By doing this the eyesight will never weaken. In fact, any weakness will also disappear. ' It also says 'Anyone who gazes towards the sky while in the state of Wudhu and reads Surah Al-Qadr, his eyesight will never weaken — Insha Allah.'

bilberry (or blueberries)--these esp. for night vision, and vitamin A (overall eye and immune health) -- these are the two most popular, lutein is also used for the eyes.
--always check with your health care professional before taking anything new in case of allergies or contraindications with other drugs you may be on.
