u can try some home remedies but there won't be instant results, u will have to follow regularly and it may take time. start by oiling your hair with olive oil , u can apply it at night and wash your hair next day or apply it atleast 2 hrs before shampooing. use a mild shampoo and also use a conditioner. u can put a few drops of honey in the water while rinsing your hair.honey has moisturising properties and it will make your hair soft and manageable. u can also use eggs to condition your hair or use mayonnaise. try using mayonnaise once a week for atleast a month, u will definetly see a change in your hair texture. don't use mayonnaise bought from the store , make it at home. follow these patiently and u will get results.

Hi friend, your hair gets sticky due to dirt which sticks while u drive, Use Shampo once a week try shampoo with conditioner, Use oil at night (any coconut based oil will do), And the most important thing for u is to use HELMET while driving, this will prevent ur hair from being dirty/sticky/hair loss.

It should definitely be layered or thinned out. Take her to a really good hairstylist. It may be really expensive but it will be worth the advice. Or if you have a beauty school near you you could go and ask the instructors. Some give free haircuts as long as you let one of their students do it.
