Flaxseeds are an excellent source of nutrition, especially Omega 3 fatty acids.
You can sprinkle ground flaxseeds (can grind in a coffee grinder or seed grinder) on your cereal or on salads. Flaxseed oil is great as a salad dressing (used the same way as olive oil).
You can also soak whole flaxseeds (about a tablespoon) in a big glass of clean water overnight and drink the fluid (only the fluid) in the morning. If you do this, it's good to add a bit more water to your daily intake.
They are an easy way to add a lot of goodness to your diet.
