Hello, as you asked an intelligent question I will answer you. No jogging does not nraise HGH levels! Only lifting weights raises HGH levels. They are a very difficult hormone to increase however, but the best way and I know this for a fact is by lifting weights that are heavy enough for you to only get 8-10 reps. The break time is also very important, no moer than 30 second breaks should be done betwwen sets. Also growth hormone is actually released when you are sleeping and only while in Delta wave sleep (level 4). So if you want to maximize GH, you must get 7-8 hours of sleep and have some cottage cheese right before bed to help repair the muscle tissues while GH does its work.

Jogging or any cardio really creates a catabolic state (muscle break down), so cut back on cardio a lot.

PS. You better vote me best answer!!!!

PPS. However that wont make you taller, its a genetic variable, having to do with bone spacing structure, thats why as a baby a DR can say how tall you will be! Sorry.

Do not hear to these folks. Walking would best tone the physique moderately in case you've been sedentary before. When you do plenty of going for walks and don't devour enough carbs, your body will in reality begin to draw energy out of your muscle tissues, and you'll to lose muscle tissues.
